(This post is inspired by this post)
Spinach omelettes. Singing both Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" at the top of my lungs...especially when my youngest brother joins in AND singing Michael Buble's "Haven't Met You Yet". The feeling I have after I finish 30-45 minutes of cardio at the gym. Right now these are 3 things that make me happy. What about you - what makes you happy?

So so many things make me happy at this time of year but they include admiring the many twinkling Christmas lights that are appearing all over London, a nice glass of red in a cosy pub or armchair combined with good convo with friends and cooking/baking warm delights. I'm relishing the coming winter - it is the only way for me to deal with it!

the fact that my interviews are live and i can share them with people so i feel like it all really happened. apples. and the fact that work is over in 3 hours, woo!
